Allstate Engineering was founded by Josh Choi, President, who leads the company belief that the key factors to success are understanding the client’s demands and delivering our sincere effort to exceed those expectations.
Keeping true to this set of values has resulted in the company rapidly expanding and gaining an exemplary reputation by delivering multiple successful projects in the Southern California region.

Focusing primarily on Federal Government programs and also serving State, County and City plus Higher Education programs across the Southern California Region. The company has in-depth experience in general construction projects including TI, renovation and maintenance in the public and private sector. We are currently certified as 8(a) and HUB Zone business by the SBA and certified as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) by the City of Los Angeles.
